In-n-out Burger

We went to In-N-Out with my family for the first time, and for our last meal before going back to Paris. There was a bit of a wait, but it was fine as we struck up conversation with Sterling, who was the most adorable employee we ever met during our 10-days trip in the US. The double double burgers were great and the fries really crispy, it was the American burger we were hoping for, which was a great conclusion to our trip.

Great consistent hamburgers and very friendly staff considering this is a fast food restaurant. The local UCI students like visiting and hanging out here as the prices are reasonable and people are very friendly. Only issue is that the parking lot is not pedestrian friendly and minimal sidewalks so you really need to watch out for cars.

First review; should've written before. Have been coming to this location for about 15 years. Always great service and of course, the food is excellent. I have been in customer service most of my career and tonight's experience really exceeded my expectations; so much I am finally writing a review, as it's well-deserved. I usually eat outside but ate in dining room tonight. Again food was great. But tonight's service included some of the younger employees perusing the dining room, asking if they can get you anything, throw things away, check orders, etc. One particular employee, Jennifer, was so very pleasing and engaged with me a few minutes. She was very sweet, helpful and positive. Whatever management is doing to train their employees on customer service behind the counter AND in the dining room is beyond exceptional. But Jennifer felt special to me. This is a young lady (15 1/2 yrs) is trained well and certainly going places in life! Don't let her go....she's a keeper!

First destination after landing Cali🙌🏻 It’s like a tradition lol We came here at 11:20 pm, but still a lot of ppl lining for ordering and the dining area was also alive! I had double single cuz I’m not a cheese lover, but can’t do double-none, I mean… who can say no to an innocent cheese in the burger🥺 The buns are well-toasted with the decent flavor, holding in hands to feel their warm. The spread is spread evenly to one side. I got chopped grilled onion, omg I’ll stick to this choice in the future😍The patty is scrumptious! Juicy, tender, full-of-flavor… I wish I could do triple double if I’m not in a diet lol! Not a burger lover, but true, In-N-Out is a u can’t miss thing!

Great service, very friendly and helpful employees! They really go above and beyond (even taking your empty tray off your table). My only complaint is that the fries were cold every visit except for one day. The fries do not taste good when they are cold so if they were piping hot or at least warm, it would taste better. If it’s your first time trying in and out: I recommend trying it with the chillies they have displayed by the ketchup. It adds a nice layer of spice and extra crunch to your burger. I also love adding pepper to my fries. The animal style fries were pretty good, the cheese fries were okay (a bit too cheesy for me, but that’s subjective to your taste) and the regular fries taste good when they are piping hot. It’s free refills as well, so you can have a drink during and after your meal :) Overall, I really enjoyed these burgers and cannot wait to eat them again.
