We have much love for this place! Vanilla Joes supplied our ice cream cart on Friday the 25th May 2018 and our guests were very complimentary especially of the Strawberry Daiquiri sorbet!! We were very relieved to see we had some saved to bring home! The ice cream and sorbets are delicious and the staff are amazing! First time visiting and loved it!! I got mint choc chip and raspberry ripple, was so hard to pick! All flavours looked amazing! The girls serving were so lovely too. Highly recommend!
I have to say, though very busy (I'm not marking them down for that because there's clearly a good reason) the ice cream we got from here was absolutely incredible. I honestly find it almost comparable to the Milanese gellato I had in Milan. This is truly one you don't want to miss! Pop on here if you want some truly flavourful ice-cream!
The ice cream here is amazing,lots of different unique flavours. It’s a little bit on the pricey side but I would definitely recommend it. 🍨 plus it is situated at Irvine harbour, which is a great place to go for a walk on a nice day. Plenty to do with nice scenery.
Great ice cream, coffee and dessert parlour, we went to the factory side which is close to parking, has some cool arcade games and a slide! Gelato was amazing and so we're the chitros, staff was so friendly and service super quick! It can get busy at times!
We are currently in this wonderful store at the moment, ( 11:45am - Weds 17/05) , Firstly we have had the most wonderful Customer service from the lady that served us , we are from West Yorkshire and we were asking about local tourist attractions and she helped us so much , I have worked in Customer Service for over 30 years and appreciate good service . Absolutely 5* service .
The Ice Creams on display for choice and quality was amazing - I definitely recommend this shop to everyone & Mum had Coffees unlike my Son & I who had the Ice Cream , the Coffees came with a tiny mini Ice cream so we'll presented, the Lady even wrote down a list of places to go to. Excellent service and place
Excellent little ice cream/gelato cafe. Cater well for vegan and were extra diligent in checking a vegan order. Highly recommended, excellent customer service. Thanks for our visit. (Shame you're not in Manchester 😉 )
A busy wee place, with loads of children playing on an indoor slide. The ice cream was good and I had a banoffee sundae as shown in the photos. However, the waffles apparently were not made in house which was a disappointment and so easily fixed. The reason for the loss of a star was this plus the staff were sullen and clearly not interested. The supervisor was content to joke and play around with a very sharp knife as we watched from above and it wasn’t the kind of thing I wanted my children seeing. A good venue, good ice cream, with some concerns.

Great place for a coffee, hot chocolate ice-cream or a warm brownie. The ice-cream selection and the taste is beautiful and delicious. Highly recommended.
