We visit regularly due to the quality of the scones with jam and cream, definitely one of the best in the area.
The staff are top notch too. The general ambiance and outlook, especially for golfers maintains the heritage of the original developers.
We had the pleasure to dine in the Whiskey Room and what a delightful experience. The staff were 5 star as were the starters, drinks and meals. Would highly recommend this to everyone who visits Dondonald!!!

Have eaten here many times for special occasions, food always delicious and atmosphere very classy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend for special occasions and a nice dinner date!
Stayed at the lodge and had breakfast and dinners. Everything was excellent with very good and tasty food presented nicely for dinners but the breakfast service needs much improvement. Orders not complied and floor staff did not realise that in a place like this such a service is well below expectations.
