Makes a change from the coffee shops in the town, food and service very good.

Visited for first time today for a friend's 40th birthday celebrations, they were very accommodating and food was wonderful and presentation was beautiful.
The gentleman that Was in there was very friendly, unfortunately some of the other staff did not look very happy and did not smile much!! Hence the 4* and not 5*

Lovely coffee in Newport with an interesting environment. The staff friendly and the kitchen is the classic British.
I had a scone and it was delicious with a very good coffee. I also had a pancake with strawberry and cream but maybe there was too much cream.
Price reasonable and it's possible to pay by card.

visited here with my son.. lovely vintage style. Exellent choice of homemade cakes.. Tea served in teapot.lovely.!!
