I had a wonderful time at this charming country pub! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. The added bonus of a small play area for kids kept the little ones entertained, making it a great spot for families. A perfect blend of good food, friendly service, and a kid-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Nice pub, friendly staff. Didn't feel rushed. Good vegan options. Small issue with the crumble which came out cold, however it was sorted quickly and a full replacement and taken off the bill without asking. Good customer service. Vegan burger was nice, and the other meat eating guests liked their food too.

We stopped off to see how the food was, and wasn't disappointed. This is not a gastro pub, but serves good honest pub food.
The service was excellent, but the place was quiet when we arrived. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Visited for a wedding reception, where we had exclusive use of the premises. It's a beautiful location with stunning views of the fields as they fall down to the sea. The staff did an amazing job to feed 80-odd guests in a timely and efficient manner. The food was superb; hot, tasty and generously portioned. Drink prices were reasonable, parking was ample and when we finally left after midnight, everybody was full of praise for the pub and its staff.

Went for Sunday lunch here after a walk to see the bluebells in Mottistone. It was lovely and sunny so we sat outside - great atmosphere with live acoustic music! Staff very friendly and helpful despite being busy. Would have preferred my lamb to be on the pink side but still delicious. Thanks!

Excellent food and atmosphere at this eatery. The beer garden is large with plenty of tables and beautiful views to the distance woods, sea and cliffs beyond. Service is polite and attentive with our menu adaptions agreed to with a smile. No food picture sorry it was too good to let go cold!

A lovely pub, with very friendly and helpful staff; serving some very nice dishes, from a contemporary menu. The puddings are worth saving some space for!
Set in a stunning location, the sunset is spectacular from here. Well worth a visit.
