Traditional local "fish and chips" shop with all other fast food dishes. The fish is freshly cooked, same as the chips but a bit oily for me. The service is always nice and friendly but the "restaurant" needs some renovation/upgrade.

Local fish and chips shop. Bit on the pricey side but you definitely get your money's worth. Portions are huge, fish is very good quality. And it's an honest fish with a reasonable amount of batter. Cooked well fish is delicious and flaky. There also burgers and kebabs on the menu. They do delivery.

Went to Captain Hooks today 31/8/19. And had cod & chips. The food was freshly cooked and it was delicious. The prices are very reasonable. And they do a delivery service as well. And it has a warm & friendly atmosphere. Many thanks to Andy, Chris, Michael, & Ted. Would highly recommend a visit .
