The food here is excellent ... homemade vegie burger and coleslaw beautiful and their griddled potatoes...spicy fish.. all fresh and made to perfection. Very welcoming friendly owners and just a lovely place to go ... can sit outside in their garden on a nice sunny day 😎 fabulous.

Lovely evening here for a family dinner. Good quality food, decent portions. Beer was excellent and they have my favourite Jail Ale. Above all the pub is very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent bar staff who are super friendly and helpful. The beer garden is beautiful especially on a summers day. I would definitely say if your in Ivybridge its worth visiting. May not look much from the outside but its worth the time going in and enjoying a drink. Friendly and well thought out.

Lovely food and beer. Great wine. Lovely hosts Anna And Craig. An amazing pub that is an extension of your living room. Lovely fire and we've come here now 5 times out of the 7 days. Highly recommend

Not the fanciest, not the best decorated, but absolutely excellent. Quintessential pub with the friendliest staff in the town. Very fair prices and great food!

It is my local and in walking distance! Great beer and atmosphere. Lovely food and dog friendly. Beer garden is sheltered and plenty of tables. Good Sunday lunch served at 1.30 onwards. Good idea to book a table whenever you want to eat in.

Wow! We couldn't fault the Inn now it is under new ownership. The setting is comfortable, easy going and cosy with its open fire. Great ales on tap and a wide selection of Gins! The food was second to none - just like home cooking. Generous portions and creative dishes. The Imperial offers great value for money and ticks all the boxes for a great local pub. Thanks Margaret and team for making us feel so welcome.
