Had a lovely walk from Ironbridge to Jackfield, had to stop off here as my partner has never been before.
Excellent selection of ales, ciders & wine & also a cracking food menu... The steak was amazing, my partner can't stop talking about it!!

Great value pub. Both our dishes were tasty and huge in size. Good selection of lager, ales and cider. Also good wine. Nice atmosphere due to locals. Large outdoor area for drinks with views of Severen.

Wonderful pub by the river and rightly popular. Good selection of reasonably priced food, well cooked. Large portion of fish & chips was very welcome after our journey.

A lovely riverside pub with great beers and a good and varied food menu. Prices are good and the food is well prepared and tasty. Prices are very reasonable. Heartily recommend a visit if you're passing by.

Great location, adjacent to the river severn with great views. The real ale (Hobson's Old Prickly) is reasonable, too.This is a good alternative if visiting Ironbridge in the summer.

Beautiful spot by the river the staff are polite and welcoming.
Returned today to try a meal and the quality well exceed the price, beautiful food in a stunning location that does not empty your wallet.
Return visit, we stopped off by chance as it was a nice sunny day, beautiful atmosphere in the beer garden and nice to see a well spaced out tables making it easier for ♿️. Look forwards to our next meal here.

Came for a birthday treat with my daughter today. Very friendly welcome. Love all the nostalgia inside. We both had the 8oz matured Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak. The service was really quick. The food was amazing. It smelled lovely. Tasted fabulous and melted in our mouths. Plates not overloaded but we were stuffed when we had finished. Will definitely be back with the rest of the family. 5☆s

Beautifully positioned by the Severn. Reasonably priced: I had the prawn salad @£10, which was very generous portion wise. The jacket pot with tuna mayo also looked lovely and not bad @£7.
Lovely, friendly staff to boot - recommended if you're passing.

The situation of this pub is beautiful, we sat on the tables over looking the river watching the little ducks have a lovely time. The food is general pub grub. I ordered the steak panini and the steak was cooked beautifully. My partner ordered the cheese and onion panini she said it was lovely but would of preferred if the cheese was melted.

If you want a peaceful place to eat and good food, the Black Swan near Jackfield Ironbridge is the place to go, an excellent walking area.
