Great experience. Great Skeleton exhibition on at the moment with a woolly Mammoth. Love being a member as can visit whenever we want too.

Some beautiful animals and interesting information about the founder Gerald Durrell. There appears to be a lot of work underway in improving the enclosures, which is good but limits what can be seen.
(The cafe area is extremely noisy and busy but that is due to the indoor play area!)Overall a wonderful, relaxing place to visit., beautiful grounds.A very good gift shop.

A peaceful idyll that every animal lover and anyone interested in conservation should visit. My favourite was the Orangutans and giant tortoises.

Phenomenal!
Not like other zoo's as such, this has a much more let's look after the animals than just look at the animals. This makes the whole nature of the visit much more pleasurable and it's always good to learn how we can look after them. They whole place is such a beautiful setting with flora and fauna to suit, it all has that relaxed Jersey vibe. Only went with staying a few hours in mind but arrived at 10:30 and didn't leave till closing.
Loved it! Now my favourite zoo

I haven’t visited the zoo in years and was really impressed with the whole place. Lots of new additions and I thought it was £18 really well spent. Fantastic-well done and I will come back. I especially liked the Butterfly tunnel

Great place for all the family, not really like a zoo more like a stroll round a country park with animals.Highlights Gorillas and Orang-utans try to be there for feeding time educational and chance to see animals close up. Plenty other animals to see Bears, Limas, Butterflies, Flamingos, Reptiles to mention but a few. So a great day out in a lovely country side location.

Extremely well looked after Zoo and gardens full of interesting features. The facilities are great.
There are no big animals at the zoo like elephants, lions, tigers or giraffes but only one big and few small gorillas. However, there are monkeys, birds, meerkats, tortoises and so on. The flamingoes corner is beautiful and well designed with water features and a viewing platform.

Excellent specialist zoo focused on habitat conservation and protecting endangered mountain gorillas and orang-utans. The zoo also has a collection of giant tortoises. Excellent cafes and plenty of parking. TV
