Really friendly, helpful people here. Great selection of food, varied and interesting. Really enjoyed my open sandwich, others had toasties and they looked excellent. Generous portion sizes so best not to order too much at once - service was very quick so I'm sure if you're hungry you will not have too long to wait for more. I'd recommend this cafe for the food and the friendly people. Well done everyone at Cafe 83, hope to be back soon. Sorry no photos you'd time, started eating straight away.

Found by chance as other cafe we were cycling to was closed and it really blew us away with the food options and service (cyclist friendly with a safe place for the bikes). Highly recommend and we'll certainly be back!

Lovely meal with old friends, I had fish and chips it was amazing. My husband loved the burger. The meal was at a high standard comparable to high end meals I’ve had in the west end that cost a third more.

They have a winter special menu. I tried just the dessert 🍨 Apple crumble analaise with ice cream and it was simply amazing. Loved the presentation and preparation. Would visit again.

Ordered them a few times now, always on time, foods always hot and fresh, for delivery they still take a bit of pride in presentation. The Cafe 83 double up breakfast is probably the best thing you'll put in your mouth this year, epic hangover cure or easily feeds the lazy sunday morning couple. Had ordered a steak sandwich too, breads made in house and honestly I'd of paid the £5.95 just for it, AMAZING, the fact that you literally get a tower of medium rare cooked fillet steak sliced and stacked in the bum with an ample compliment of sweet onion relish and cheese, a must have for meat lovers! Thanks again for the great service and even better food guys!
