Usual Wetherspoons food, served quickly. Good service at the bar and table service. Nice big place. Went in a couple of times. First time was very busy and noisy, second time was much calmer. Ate both times, used the app and also went to the bar, staff were quick and efficient.

Not been here for a long time, but ordered two breakfasts - the food was hot and service was prompt - much better than I can remember from my last visit - some years ago.

Very spacious, good selection of real ales. Not crowded but were there in January. During tourist season could be very different.

Prices have certainly risen in the last year, but still good value compared to other pubs. Ordering from the table via the app works very well. The meal deal whereby a meal includes a drink is refreshingly flexible in that it doesn't exclude many drinks, if any.
Food was half decent and the children's menu is reasonable with plenty of options.

I have a low standard when it comes to Weatherspoons places and I rated this 4 stars because I don't really have a problem with the place. In fact it's one of the better ones I've been to.
The food quality is Weatherspoons' standard so that speaks for itself.
The staff though are really friendly. Especially the waiters who put effort into their service. That in itself made the experience better for me.
For that reason I'd actually recommend coming here

This was a fantastic pub to go drinking at, with a stylish counter particularly for Halloween! The design is peaceful, channeling Kendal's beauty and the staff were friendly. I had a cocktail pitcher, sitting comfortably with my friend at a clean round table!

A nice wetherspoons pub with a good beer garden and the staff are very polite and attentive, the only problem I had here which wasn't a massive problem but I ordered chicken wings and they were cold in the middle. The staff apologised so was all good. I didn't die or get sick from it, but they do need to check that food is piping hot before serving. All in all, it's a nice place.

Been in a few times over the last few days whilst staying in kendal good food prompt service and a decent pint no issues and a very clean place

This Wetherspoons is a bit of a tardis it only looks small when you walk in, but it has a large upstairs area.Staff were quick to serve and very friendly.Saw lots of food going out and it looked really nice,although this time we only had a drink because of time restraints. Pay and display car park nearby in Booth's supermarket. I definitely recommend if you're in the area!!!
