Absolutely lovely staff in here. My son had the sausage breakfast stack and I had the most gorgeous biscoff cake. We had drinks (sprite for him and tea with soya for me).. I do love Bob &Bert's, just a shame there's none near where I live up near Durham. Worth the travel though.
Happy colours, AC and delicious food. Cafe is spacious and busy but service was quick and excellent. We liked that they have large espresso on the menu and Suki tea with many choices! You get to choose from 3 types of salads as your panini side. The sweet potato fries were amazing too. Large selection of cakes.
This place is adorable! Fun colors and good vibe. This is my first time here at Bob and Berts and also in Kendal. This place caught my eye as I was walking down the street. I went inside and ordered a frappe with coffee and meant to specify that I didn't want coffee in it so I took it back up to the counter and told them I will buy a new drink. One of the workers was kind enough to make me a new one without coffee, for free. She certainly didn't have to do that but she did anyways and that to me is good customer service! Thanks so much Lydia!!

Staff always cheerful and friendly. Nothing to much trouble. If I hasnantiny gripe the tables sometimes not cleared quickly enough for new people to sit down at and you sometimes feel they could do with a more through clean. But it generally doesn't detract from my experience
What a fantastic place, I wish them more and more success in their business to spread over the whole of the UK. Fresh, vibrant and fabulous food, we (the Royal We you understand) have needed a place like this and now we have it…. More and more locations please lads, Davy needs to travel all over when opening new locations hahaha..
Quirky place. They had lots of food on offer. Burgers were small but kids enjoyed them. Lacked service and much pricey than it should be . Think I would have rather spent the money else where .
Lovely cafe. Good prices. It's a coffee shop with way more options than your normal coffee shop. Plenty to choose from cakes, sandwiches, salads etc. Coffee is strong but great. Disabled toilets and further toilets upstairs. Great location. Expanding company. The staff are lovely. Good music selection makes it a bit more welcoming. Can access wi-fi I believe, so great if you need a coffee but still have work to do.
Called in purely by chance due to the horrendous weather and glad we did. Great coffee, friendly service and a great selection of cakes, paninis and sandwiches too. Bright and airy - very popular.
We visited this place during our trip to Lake District . The best thing about the place we liked is the ambience as it’s colourful and vibrant. The staff is very courteous and helpful too. We arrived a bit late for dinner so some of the options at the coffee bar were closed . We tried burgers . The quantity and size was good and the kids liked it too . Definitely worth visiting if you are strolling on the high street and are tired and want to relax and enjoy your meal with a nice hot brew
Coffee and a cake in a nice atmosphere.
Cake wasn't a big portion size and it was OK.
