Harringtons On The Hill

Since moving to Kenilworth have visited here on four occasions, both as a couple and in a group. On every visit the food was excellent and the service very polite and efficient, even when very full at the weekend. A nice atmosphere and decor make for a really enjoyable experience. For us this is the best place in Kenilworth to eat and offering quality freshly prepared food represents really good value. Highly recommended.

Visited back in June 2023. The breaded brie wedges with chilli jam were indulgent and flavourful. The Sunday Roast was fantastic, all the meat was beautifully done, lovely and tender, the Yorkshire pudding was huge but didn't sit too heavy, trays of veggies on the side all of which was cooked perfectly. Easily worth the price, which seemed pretty good value anyway for the type of eatery and the location. To top it off the rum and raisin ice cream was superb. The place is small, but it helps the atmosphere. Plus we were a larger group and they were very accommodating. All the staff were fantastic, especially given how busy it was, they didn't miss a beat.

First visit and we were very impressed, I am a member of a walking group and we normally meet at a pub and lunch there following our walk, today we tried a restaurant for a change. The food was marvellous a cut above our normal fayre and the service was wonderful too congrats to all the staff involved, well done.

We had a delicious lunch in this very pretty restaurant near the castle. We loved the starters (the grilled goats cheese and the mushroom & bacon bake) as well as the main (grilled fish of the day and chicken supreme). We didn’t try the dessert but we saw them and they looked really yummy - we'll definitely go for it too next time! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely recommended.
