Domino's Pizza

I love Domino’s pizza! But my experience with this particular location disappointed me. I walked in to put an order. They said they wouldn't receive orders in person. I came back, sat in the car, and ordered online. Waited 20 minutes. Since I didn't see my order on their counter, I called in to make sure my order was being processed. After half an hour, I walked back in, asking for my two chicken alfredo pasta. They said I had to wait another 20 minutes because my order just hoped up on their screen. They then said they didn't even have pasta! Great! I Wasted my 30-40 minutes for nothing. :) thank you!

We ordered 2 jalapeño cheese bread with our dinner order tonight. After being delivered we realized that they were both regular cheese bread. I called and asked for the right bread to be re delivered and we were told it would be an hour and I said that’s fine we just want what we paid for in the first place. So the lady comes to deliver the new bread and only brings 1. When we ordered 2. So I call the restaurant and the “manager” Caleb told me to order somewhere else after I expressed my frustration about how we have ordered jalapeño cheese bread several times and received regular cheese bread. I asked him , so that’s your answer ? You tell me to take my business else where ? We feed 8 people so everytime we order from dominos we spend at least $50 everytime !!! I asked to speak to someone higher up and he told me he’s not allowed to give out that information??? I’m a manager for a food business and I can tell you this is not how you handle situations at all.

Really guys? This is the quality you are sending out of your store to peoples homes? This is obviously expired dough or dough that has been sitting out too long and should have been thrown away. Also had other ingredients in what should have been just a pepperoni pizza because my guess is they used cheese from the catch tray to save money. Couldn’t even choke down one piece and my stomach hurts! The topping were skimped and unevenly distributed on the pizza. As someone who used to work for this company I know they taught you better than this. Please talk to your staff about this and make sure they know this is not acceptable! This makes people sick. It’s not safe food handling practices.

This location needs to do better at training their drivers what contactless delivery actually means. Don't make the claim that you only offer contactless delivery when your drivers can't seem to follow through on that promise. Really disappointed at the level of disregard and incompetence shown. Do better.

Normally it's really great there. This time the experience was horrible. I ordered through the app and got there and called. They said it would be done in 2 or three minutes and to call back then. I did. A different person answered the phone then proceeded to tell me that it would be at least 5 minutes before my order was finished. And to call back about then. So I called back about 8 minutes later and was told that my order still wasn't compete yet and that I wouldn't have to call back again... That they would bring it out when finished. About 10 minutes later they brought it out. 4 cold pizzas and 2 orders of garlic balls that were still hot.......
