Pho Thinh Restaurant

Horrible service... staff cussing in front of my children while eating dinner, ordered bubble tea the same time I ordered my meal and didn't receive the drink until I was getting ready to leave (there was only 1 other customer there) I also asked for scissors the time I ordered and never got it and reminded the server and still didn't get it. (I have 2 little ones and I cut their noodles with the scissors) I asked to speak to the person in charge and I told her about the experience I had and she straight up told me to not come back. She didn't even apologize to me, the server I had was really nice and said sorry to me. The staff minus my server were unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never bring my family to eat here again!

I have been coming here since they opened about 10 years ago or so and I've never had a bad experience and everything has always been exceptional including the owner and all of the staff. The Bun Xeo is to die for and I would say all of their food here is some of the best in the state and the best you can get anywhere outside of California. Little Saigon City in Westminster has some restaurants equal to this place but I'm not sure if there's any in Washington that are better than here and I eat Vietnamese food almost every day.

The only reason this place isn't getting a 1 star is because the servers and owner of the restaurant are friendly and provide good customer service. With that said this place is very cheap in their food portion. I order a large #6 which came with brisket, steak, and fatty flank. When the food arrived the noodles were very much stuck together which made it hard to separate, it came with literally 1 piece of fatty flank and 3 pieces of brisket and steak. As you may not know the pieces of meat are very thin, if I pay over 10 bucks for a large bowl of pho I'd like to think I would be getting more than 1 oz of combined meat.

The food was good, however, the service was disappointing & the cashier was extremely disrespectful. The waitress did not bring us waters until we asked, then was very rude about it when we did ask. She also did not refill our cups. As I proceeded to fill out the receipt, the cashier asked, "No tip?". I said no and he laughed. My friend filled out her receipt, she also did not tip for horrible service and he laughed. We sat down and he loudly said to his coworkers, "Those guys are f*****g cheap!" Absolutely disrespectful, not to mention completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

Never again... I went and ordered some pho and I wish I could show you the meat and tendon they gave me! Then they said "oh we didnt charge you enough for your sandwich" I have eaten there before and I have never had an experience like this one. The owner was friendly but the food was horrible. I wont be returning and will find my pho fit somewhere else. Matter to be a fact I found a place off of 240th called "Pho Seasons"!

Pho is ok, but everything else was mediocre at best. I had the bun bo hue, which was spicy but mostly flavorless. I tried the beef short ribs, but it was extremely oily and chewy - the meat was super tough. I also had the vermicelli noodles with BBQ pork and spring rolls, which was probably my favorite dish here, but I'd only give that a 3 star rating. Their taro boba was ok, but I would not get it again.
