Food was good, but the drive though employees need to be trained better. They take one order, and actually serve that vehicle before even taking the next order. This is extremely inefficient. It has happened twice in the last couple weeks. I was in the drive through 25 minutes this last time. I was the 4th car back.

40 dollars for completely wrong food and broken cookies which I had to go back and request, even though I'd paid for them. No reciept, so I can't take it back and complain. No one to answer the phone to even try to resolve that issue. You want higher prices for everything but cut product and services? Good business. Awesome.

Terrible service. Drive thru.. 3 cars ahead if me, took 30 minutes to order, pay, and receive food. Watching inside looked like a fire drill.... no orderly workers. Only allowed 2 cars in line after ordering, other cars held at order point with line of cars backing up to and on Rt 43. Dangerous traffic hazard..

I have celiac disease. Hadn't eaten all day. Asked for them to change their gloves and to put a beef patty between two pieces of lettuce and to put tomato and pickles on it. I said no onion as they don't do well by me. You all are seeing what I got right there in the pic. No meat, no pickles, and I would have eaten this for a salad but they put onion on this. Didn't get to eat all day and was over 100 miles away from home. I still have the recipet. I've put this review before and obviously someone took it down. Worse restaurant experience ever. Since my review was removed before I'm calling corporate since I still have the recipet. I even tried to call the restaurant no one ever answered. They charged me 4.75 for what you see in the picture. That's not right at all.

My last three visits to this location have been boarder-line tragic. One visit felt uncomfortably close to a scam: the drive-thru worker didn't ring in the order as I dictated it to her, so it didn't show up on the screen, and she didn't have a price total for me. When I pulled around, she again didn't give me a total and just silently reached for my card. I had to demand to know what I was paying before I was informed that she was about to somehow charge me $12 for a small #1 (breakfast). In all of my visits, it has been a struggle to get my order correct and an even greater struggle to get a receipt. There are other places nearby to eat - I recommend you consider one of those options.
