Very welcoming, open space and good value. I think, appropriate to the name, it is more for the coffee drinker than tea. Not sure my tea was made with boiling water. However the muffin was good.

Lovely place, lovely staff and a good cup of coffee. Never try to hurry you out and always very helpful. Cakes look tasty but will have to wait until I have lost some weight!

I have been using the Bean since it first opened it's my preferred 'go to' place for a cup of coffee. Friendly management and staff. I'm in a wheelchair and never feel in the way of other customers like I do in some places. Well done all

Love it! Staff are friendly and coffee is great 👍 Oh, and bacon bap + coffee for £3.75 is pretty awesome! It's worth noting that the opening times on the menus are different to their actual opening times (see door for them!)

Have used The Bean House a couple of times now. Staff always friendly and food & drinks good. My only gripe is the hard chairs which I appreciate is not the end of the world but it would be nice to have a softer seat.

Nice coffee and friendly staff. Reasonable selection of cakes. Haven't yet tried other food on offer.

Aside from the good menu and good service you get, the staff go out of their way to help customers who have limited mobility in and out of the house. Very nice to see!

Food and coffee always good. Cake slices are huge. High chairs and space for child buggies. Kid friendly and wifi.
