Lovely cafe, now called the Bridge Cafe not the Tapas bar anymore. Great breakfast though and lovely staff too.
Lovely! Nice greeting and service from a knowledgeable and very pleasant lady. Food was delicious as was the wine and the price reasonable. The restaurant is well decorated, spotless and, welcome on a cold wet day very warm.
Amazing food and excellent service! We would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially the braised pig cheeks and the meatballs! If we're ever back in the area we would love to come again.

Weekend getaway
So our weekend getaway to the lakes....our go to place is keswick, we always stay in lakeside house hotel, which we have always found to be exceptional, we have been especially looking forward to this trip as lindsay recently opened her restaurant, this would be our first evening dining there, lindsay & her team didnt disappoint, the setting is fantastic, sympathetically restored to its former glory , the listed building illuminated in the February drizzle shone through like a gleaming oasis, upon walking in we were greeted by lindsay & her daughter, who we have not seen for a year, instantly she remembers us and welcomes us in, the ambiance is fantastic and the decor sublime, we were seated in the window, which in summer will be a fantastic view.
We made our choice from the menu, service was prompt and the food was delicious.
Wine menu is extensive and the gin was lovely, we finished the night with a dessert & headed back to our hotel, giddy n full of gorgeous food n drink.

Recommended: Pig cheek and piementos. Scallops and Dates&bacon didn't level our expectation. Observant and friendly Staff give you a good experience.

Great service from the lady but felt a bit ducked by the guy. The sauces were great, and would recommend the eggplant.
