Went to the drive thru and the young boy asked us to pull into the front cause it wuz gonna take up to three minutes for the chicken strips. So after waiting 17 minutes infront of the restaurant I decided to go in. Once inside I asked for my order they looked at me like I had two heads, meanwhile there wuz another customer who came in cause they were missing part of their order. So once I explained about waiting for my meal they didn't even start making it. So I had to wait yet another 10 minutes for my food. Never coming to this location again!!! 😡

Most of the time I've had good experiences, but last night absolutly ruined that. We live rather close and decided to get it for dinner last night. When we got it home my chilli (which had been requested to be in a seperate container to the chips) had not been separated and my chips were inedible.y grandmother called to ask for a refund and no one got back to her. I am compleatly disapointed.

First time at this location. I live 20 min away. Went through drive through. Ordered large chili, grilled chicken burger and taco salad. Got everything but the small chilli for the tech salad. Called and went to voice mail. Left a message so we shall see if I get a call back. Will be 4 star if I do. Salad was not fresh so I’ll give it a 4 star rather than a 5.

The worst place in all of Keswick. Always understaffed, chronically closing the dining room, forcing customers to go through the drive through, 15-20 minutes wait just to order your food. If you want fast virtuous service don’t go here. I myself will go to restaurants that appreciate their customers and staff.. This restaurant should hire people who actually want to work.

Not great...been to this location a few times on the way to the cottage and every time it's the same. Food is not fresh, the dinning room is not up to standards of other locations, and the employees are lazy and they rather just stand around and talk to eachother then actually work. Won't be returning!

Drive thru only due to being short staffed, I just wanna know if anyone there has thought about paying their employees proper liveable wages and providing health and dental benefits so that they can have people work there? If not then you should just close down as you don’t deserve to be in business by exploiting the labour of others
