Town And Country Shell

I literally shop at this place so often that I could say that I go here probably about 2 to 3 times a day for gas and other things. In the past couple of years I’ve seen some really nice employees and big changes that have happened within the store. It just honestly is a huge bummer when multiple times that I’ve gone there being a casual customer that I could honestly say most employees know by first name. Unfortunately when it comes to my third shift often they just shut the doors or will shoo people away claiming it’s closed when it’s a 24 hour business. I’m starting to get tired of bad attitude employees giving me issues when I’m trying to spend my money at their store. Might start making the longer trip to a different shell from now on.

Wife was ripped off by the car wash, so I contacted to requested a refund. Absolutely no response. Beware Town & Country Shell. If you're robbed by them, you will get no remorse from them. Shameful. I'll consider revising this review if this mistake is corrected. Edit 11/11/21: I already completed that form on 11/7/21, and that's why I'm complaining about there being no response. What a joke. I'm not completing a duplicate complaint just to be ignored again.

I'll currently give 2 stars, I. The past the business has been great but has gone down hill the last year or so, don't get me wrong, the chicken is amazing and selection is good, but tonight I waited over 30 min to be helped with a growler as I watched dozens of people come and go including a the employees for smoke breaks. Outrageous honestly. I hope someone sees this and handles it as I've come here several times a weeks since the new store opened...

I usually stop here to pick up alcohol after work and thought what the heck! I will get a growler or two. Waited 25 mins for the guy to figure out how to fill a growler and on top of that he only filled both of them 3/4 full. Told the guy they look a little light and his reply was that he already taped them off! Spent $30 and got less. Lesson learned and business lost.

As gas stations go this place is pretty awesome. Beer on tap, fried chicken (seriously, if you've never tried gas station chicken you need to, it's great), extensive alcohol and sundries selection, coffee in all forms. Oh and gas! They have gas. They just need an ice cream counter and I'd call them completely full service!
