Costa Coffee

Larger Costa Coffee with a drive thru. Good tasting coffee and average pastry and sandwich options. Sadly, this location seems to have staffing problems as service can be slow, pastry case is often near empty with few choices. The atmosphere is pretty good with soft music playing and plenty of seating.

A bit like staying in a premier inn, you know exactly what you’re getting for your money, if you’ve been to one, you might as well have been to them all. The only difference between them all is the staff, this recent visit the staff were friendly, the tables were clean my Latte tasted like it should, nothing exceeds expectations but then how could it really?

It's a nice place to go for a having a really good drink & also a bit you might fancy to have as a bite to eat. It's amazing how you can either go in & order or go through the Drive-Thru too but all I can say is that it's your choice + if you have a Costa Coffee Card you can build up points to get free drinks

New unit on Kettering Business Park.now open with the usual costa fair this store is set out with powerpoint and USB outlets at most of the outer edge tables disabled access toilets are available to the rear of the store with a outside seating and table area at the front door. with drive thru for passing motorist off the A509/A14 to kettering town center. surprisingly not a really busy café due to another Costa only across the way in tesco tho on some days staff say that it can be very busy only one mobility parking bay outside the store

I have been to the sit in Costa three times and found the staff helpful and anxious to please. You always get teething problems when a new Costa opens. Part of the problem will be developing the skills to cope with the huge numbers of people at 'set' times and sometimes the lack of investment by Costa in training their staff for long enough! These are young people who are doing their best to make a good customer experience!
