I expected a terrible, artificially-curated hamburger and I got exactly what I wanted. Why complain if you know it's going to be terrible? If you truly hated fast food, why aren't you eating a hearty salad?

Went in to McDonalds in Kettering Sunday evening. There was a problem with the self service payments but the staff were really helpful and the service very fast. The customer service was excellent and there was a sense that the staff were working well together. Have never left a review for a McDo
The layout of this restaurant is quite cramped. We placed an order at the touch screens and didn't really have anywhere to stand to wait for our food. We found ourselves standing right next to people sitting down eating. It was a little uncomfortable. There is a huge pillar in the middle of the room

First visit since covid but a different experience. Food delivered to the table was ok, enjoyed my side salad with my chicken burger and my wife likes her quarter pound with cheese. Toilets were clean my only issue was no Napkins and additional sauces.
Usually on top form menu wise, with the usual offerings;
