I seriously love my fish and chips and this was hands down the best fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life.
Everything was completely made to order and boy was it worth the wait.
The batter was so crispy but not greasy and the fish was so juicy and succulent in the middle. It was literally cooked to perfection.
The chips were amazing too. Not to crispy and not to soggy. A perfect blend and you can tell they use really good potatoes.
Really friendly service in lovely little area. Just a shame I don’t live closer as would be here every Friday!

Hands down the best Fish and Chips I’ve ever had. I had the Cornish Pasty which is not industrialised, but looks and tastes home made, deliciously seasoned and fresh. The Cod was the most flaky, juicy with super crispy crust and the chips were on the same level, chunky and soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. They made it to order and nothing was left sitting on the counter. I more than 100% recommend it. They seem to be a family business and have very good customer service, very attentive and quick. The space is sweet and yes, it could have a bit more to the decor but at the end of the day, the food and service is what matter the most, and they definitely excel! The large Cod portion is massive, they put a whole fillet + another chunky piece, with loads of chips.
Best fish & chips I have had in a while… do check it out if you are in the area. Very polite staff, clean dining area (and toilets) and very fast service! Everything is cooked from scratch, hence you know that all of the ingredients are fresh!
The bar has an outdoor and indoor seating areas, but on this occasion we had a take away.
Food came properly packaged to arrive home still hot and oh my! It was delicious and very reasonably priced. Portions are very big, even small cod was big enough to feed a grown up men! Definitely try their cod, chips and onion rings!
