Great coffee shop. Coffee is always first class. Food options are always varied, with lots of cakes and sandwiches available to chose from. Seem like a change in management has done this shop the world of good!

Always a busy store! Can sometimes be short of seats but staff always smiling and happy and often get you laughing. Ran very, very well, kudos to your staff for making this branch what it is.

Love this branch. I come here all the time! The new team are all lovely and coffees are always perfect. It does get really busy and I've heard some older customers give the staff some grief. Shame that not everyone can be so understanding when they are clearly doing their best!

Great coffee place with a wide range of different drinks. Absolutely love their white hot chocolate.
Unlike a lot of modern coffee places (like Costa or Starbucks), this has a great local community feel. They got a community board and do various things.
Also, their rewards app is awesome.

The staff here at Coffee #1 are just so lovely! Incredibly kind and friendly to us foreigners, which we really appreciated. The coffees were delicious and the breakfast burrito was not the best ever but perfectly serviceable. The atmosphere was warm and appealing.

Poor young woman was so busy whilst her colleague on a break. Seemed understaffed for a Saturday. Had the falafal and red cabbage wrap which is delicious.

The best coffee they give you in Bristol, better than Starbucks or Costa. Their cake is much enjoyable, never dry. Even my bestie - who was a barrista in London - can confirm that.
