Decent old school pub with lots of space and a very nice balcony overlooking the park. Bonus points for still having a pool table and darts (with free pool some days, although you should bring a decent cue if you want to play properly). Average prices

Really like this pub. Lovely and clean. Friendly locals and always a warm welcome from the landlady. Nice outside area with decking so you can soak up the sun whilst enjoying a drink with a great view.

Was ok, seemed reasonably clean and prices of our drinks were fine. Went with the kids but didn’t seem very child friendly from our visit. Not a lot of parking.

Great atmosphere! Karaoke on every Thursday night, Pay day Friday's at the end of the month there is always a band, act or something going on. Free pool table every Tuesday all day. Very friendly place to be and the landlady is awesome!! 10 out of 10 stars!! 👍👍👍👍

When I visited the kitchen was closed such a shame , not even any snacks !!! that's why they only get 4 stars

Did use the pub for years, Scott and Jamie great fun and banter. Surprised at new refit and have visited a couple of times during day. Impressed with new decor and could easily make venue for cheeky pint home. Thanks for nice welcomes Gemma and staff. Good luck.

Very friendly local pub serving great quality drinks. Entertainment is fab in the weekend and all the staff are super helpful and chatty. Place is always clean and tidy. Definitely recommend

Love it. Much better than their nearest competitor! Lovely views and great tasting Beer. They definitely look after their Cellar which is why we always go there. 5 stars from us.
