A wonderful new cafe, very nicely styled and furnished. My cheese sandwich, with the 50p upgrade to chips, was so big a I had to take half home in a box they were kind enough to provide.

Have eaten lunch twice here now and the food is delicious! Lovely atmosphere in the cafe too, will be back again soon!

I visit on a regular basis with an elderly gentleman who has dementia. He loves it especially the sugar lumps! The food looks fabulous, we tend just to have a toasted teacake as it's quite early. Must take the hubby for a nice breakfast or lunch. Can't fault it or the staff.

Went for lunch today. Thank goodness we booked because it was very busy. We were a party of seven. We all chose something different and everyone was very pleased with their meal. My grandson had steak, which was cooked perfectly. I had broccoli and stilton quiche which was delicious. The portions are generous. Although the tearooms were busy the service was efficient and friendly. The decor is beautiful. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Excellent coffee, excellent selection of cakes .good access for wheelchairs ( no chairs with arms available for those using walking aids) lovely main courses. Light airy environment. Thoroughly enjoyed would have rated 5 if there had been 1 or 2 chairs with arms for those with reduced mobility.
