Superb Customer service from staff on the 30/12/20 11-1pm. My day was made by the friendly staff, specifically the willingness to cook extra so I could fulfill the entirity of my order. Three delicious vegan steak bakes. There is something special in this gregs store, I suspect its a female 30+ employee dark hair (I failed to get names) who i'd hope is the manager based on how she ran the ship. She certainly showed massive leadership potential but matched quite nicely by a red haired young man; who was equally enthusiatic and efficient. I doubt any customers left with a unsatisfactory service with those two in house. They managed the four customers at a time covid regulation in presumably rush hour masterfully. Leaving customers contented even when instructed to follow guidelines. Which I dont have to tell you is no easy feat; it took excellent communication skills and obvious training.
