Took my children for dinner today and hAs by far the best meal I've had in ages, was cosy, xmasy and a nice atmosphere, will deffo be returning and highly recommend x
Played there with my band 'Witcher' Saturday 10th Feb 2018. Good pub.. nice and spacious.. good beer.. and very welcoming regulars. The owners were also lovely friendly people.. Cant wait to return there in May �🖒
Wow! The staff went above and beyond and they were soooo nice. Not been here in a few years and it's most definitely changed for the better. Rather busy but not overly so, really good atmosphere, I'll have to go back when they have entertainment on.
I love the Cavalier always have since the first time i came to this pub everyone's really friendly pub service is great food service is lovely base on what I said the Cavalier is the best pub on Offmore No doubt ❤☝️👐💯

Don't be put off by the exterior! Yes, it's dated. Yes, the carpark needs resurfacing but once you get inside you forget that. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. The menu is extensive and the food very good. We will be back.
Absolutely fantastic meal here a few weeks ago. The new menu is really good, with plenty of choice for everyone. I chose the chilli salmon and really enjoyed it. The halloumi fries were the best I've ever eaten.
The Cavalier has changed hands a few times over the years, but I really think it's the best it's ever been now that Ben has taken over. It's really welcoming and a great pub for a family meal or local night out with friends.
Ben said he could make any item on the menu ‘vegan friendly’ and we were not disappointed! We ordered the ‘chicken’ mushroom and onion ciabatta with chips and even had a choice of vegan desserts!! Thank you to Ben and his team for being so accommodating. We will definitely be ordering again. 👍🏻
Ate here with a fairly large group today, first time eating here, we all had dofferent meals, loaded fries, burger, mixed grill, fajitas and more, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the service was also very good, lovely people. Will definitely be going back!
Had a fabulous meal here with all the family, as a pre-Christmas treat. From the moment we arrived, Ben and his team made us very welcome and the table was perfectly set for our celebration. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, excellent quality and value. Will definitely be coming back and can't recommend highly enough.
Well I've been back a few times since writing the above, and I'm still impressed! Ben has got a great team, and really fantastic pub.
*Update*
Gone again tonight for a meal and the food was outstanding again! We went all out with having 3 courses each and it was worth only having a salad at lunchtime to be able to feast this evening! Food was hot, well presented and delicious. I can't recommend The Cavalier highly enough.
