Subway

I recently visited Subway and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The menu had a good selection of sandwich options and I appreciated the ability to customize my order with various toppings and sauces. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and fresh. The bread was soft and had a nice texture, and the meats and vegetables were all of good quality. The service was quick and efficient, and my sandwich was made to order just the way I wanted it. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Subway and would definitely visit again in the future. I appreciate the convenience and affordability of their menu, and the quality of their food and service exceeded my expectations.

Ordered from here many times, I unfortunately ordered from the Coventry street subway by mistake when I called to complain, Kal explained it wasn’t them but went above and beyond to help me get the issue sorted when it was absolutely not his problem. To go into further details, I was struggling to contact just eat for a refund so he contacted them himself and then put them on loudspeaker to talk me through it. Subway, whatever you’re paying this man should be doubled!

I needed platters for an event. Kal assured me he could arrange what I needed and was true to his word! All (quite extensive) dietary requirements were catered for, with some items even individually wrapped and named. Everything was fresh and enjoyed by all. Kal made it really easy to arrange and we’ll definitely return.

What an EXCELLENT service!! I forgot to pack my fiance's lunch, he wasn't happy 😬 so ordered from here via Justeat, when emailed my order wouldn't get there until 13.50 I rang the actual store and spoke to Carl who, although busy, made sure my order got there in time for his lunch break and even wrote a note for me saying "Am I forgiven now?" And threw in a cookie! One extremely happy fiance and Carl is invited to the Wedding 😄
