Good service at the KFC by the Kidderminster railway station unlike the new one where nobody cares!
However ice cream or Krushems machines do not work.

I've used this branch since it opened, the service (for me) has been consistently good. The food is great, and when I've come in on a busy period and had to wait, the staff have apologised and offered me extra or a bottle of pop to compensate. I'm not sure where the negatives have been, or how long ago, but their experience doesn't seem to mirror mine. Perhaps this will offer some balance.

Usually have good service, but Tuesday evening asked for no wings in the 6 piece bucket.Got home to find a wing in there and 5 other reasonable pieces. The wing had virtually no meat on it and can only be described as off a small pigeon.

Fast service and the staff were efficient and friendly. Lots of noise and banter from the kitchen though. Clean and far better than the new Stourport road one.

Better then most KFC restaurants, 100x better then the new one on stourport road....a lot of the bad reviews are from years ago and not recent

The coffee machine was broken, the staff were slow and they forgot to give me my drink. However the food was lovely as KFCs usually is and it was very clean.
