Lovely welcome on arrival. Sue was our server and so lovely and attentive. No pressure to rush to order, brought us water with glasses and ice for the table while we looked at the menus. There was 3 of us dining and we had a mix and match from both early bird and main menu.
Took drinks orders, 2 lovely cocktails for £14. Coconut & raspberry was refreshing. The strawberry blush was huge and I shared with my son.
Starters- mushroom with cheese was lovely, and quite big. Scallops were delicious & the calamari was perfect too.
Mains - Steaks were perfectly cooked, one with chunky cups & one with sweet potato fries and they should bottle and seek the beef dripping sauce. Salmon was lovely and the fresh mushy peas were so good.
Sides - Bone marrow was amazing!!!

Had an amazing meal this evening celebrating my wife's birthday. I had the fillet steak, which was absolutely perfect. The creme brulee was lovely too.
Our waitress Sue was super friendly and made us feel relaxed. Will definitely be back soon!

Our waiter named Adam was polite, efficient and charming. The establishment was very clean and welcoming. We decided on early lunch and were not disappointed. Meals came in perfect order, presented beautifully and tasted amazing! Lovely hospitality venue in Swansea and I will be returning to try out other options on the menu as there is a variety. Thank you so much for a lovely meal in this setting.

My family and I recently had a wonderful experience here. The restaurant itself has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cosy ambiance with dim lighting served as the perfect backdrop for our dining experience.
The food is fantastic. I have high standards when it comes to perfect steak, and it well exceeded my expectations. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection, each slice bursting with rich flavour. The menu includes a variety of cuts and preparation methods. But what really elevated our dining experience was the impeccable service of our waitress Sue.
From the moment she greeted us with a genuine smile, it was clear she was dedicated to making sure our time was phenomenal. Throughout our stay, Sue handled everything with grace and professionalism. Her dedication to making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible left a lasting impression. Sue’s excellent service was exactly what should be expected of any service staff.
The attentiveness of the staff combined with the beautiful surroundings created an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. We wholeheartedly recommend Miller & Carter to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience that combines great food with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Came for an afternoon meal with my wife on new years eve. Only booked the day before and had no issues getting a booking. Our waitress was Charlotte. Charlotte was very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our visit lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great. We've been to Miller and Carter in Cardiff but not here and it didn't disappoint. Everything we had off the a la carte menu was delicious. We will be back!

The experience was amazing. We had a large booking of 45 for a wedding reception. The day was perfect. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was incredible as always. Some of our guests had never been to the restaurant before and they were all very impressed with the food.

I have been to this Miller & Carter more time than I can count on my hands. Its always a treat to visit as it does not feel like any other Miller & Carter restaurant.
This is a destination restaurant that has great and well skilled staff, that really look after you and make your evening feel special.
I will say that there have been ocassions where the food had not been up to scratch, but if thats the case the servers usually deal with it so well! The rest of the time it's just sublime and is one of the best steaks I have had!
If you visit this Miller & Carter, you'll never want to visit another ... Highly recommend!
