This evening we decided to visit Frankie & Benny's for dinner and we're glad we did. On arrival we were greeted by Rowan who would be our server for the evening. We were a party of five, one of which was in a wheelchair. She swiftly showed us to our seats and handed us our menus. Once our food was ordered there wasn't a long wait at all until our food was sitting in front of us. The food was lovely and Rowan was helpful, happy and smiley!!

Funny and friendly, our sever Rowan was brilliant and an absolute scream. Very helpful when our ADHD kid got a bit over excited and spilled his drink all over himself and the table......TWICE!!!
Food was great as well.
All in a great night out with the family.

Went to the Kilmarnock restaurant tonight for dinner with the kids. From the moment we walked in service was great. Rowan who served us was brilliant with the kids , complimentary about my wee girls hair band and nails. Amy (my 11 yr old) loved it. Will definitely be back soon.

Had a great meal tonight, loving the new vegan menu! Food was very tasty. Rowan served us and she was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Great service, will definitely be back to try more of the vegan options.

Honestly have one of the best vegan burgers I've ever tasted.
They used to have a few more options, which sadly were taken away but still amazing food for the price.
And the staff are always so friendly and welcoming too.

Visited with two kids on 27/12/19 and was served by Claire. Adult food was lush but kids couldn't eat all theirs. This was because they had been stuffing themselves earlier with sweets at the Cinema. Claire has a fantastic rapport with kid; she encouraged the kids to eat up and then provided takeaway boxes She showed the kids pictures of mermaids who had visited Frankie and Bennys. Kids were fascinated.
What I really liked about Claire was that she spoke directly to the kids, asking them for their orders individually, explaining individually their options with extras. It was brilliant to see the kids respond as they are quite shy. Claire is an absolute natural with kids, she empowers them and makes them feel at ease. It was just brilliant to see. Will take them back there again for sure.

The atmosphere is amazing, food is delicious. The staff are always great. I would like to specially thank Claire who was the server for my family and me on Thursday night. She was fantastic with my nieces and so kind. Claire went above and beyond to help us and I can not thank her enough. I am so going back thanks to her and would recommend anyone to try it.

Tbe service is BRILLIANT!!! The waitstaff are friendly, helpful and happy to to check if the chef will tweak your order (which he was happy to do as I was close enough to hear him). We have a Taste Card and we got a 2 for 1 for each course with no need to ring and reserve. The card saved us £30 and they didn't treat us any differently than if we hadn't had the Taste Card. We were able to pay when we were ready at the table using our mobile and that was us, no waiting around etc, just a pure relaxing, delicious and happy meal!!!! I highly recommend you pay them a visit.... SOON!!!!! 😉😉😉😉😉

Nice place to eat, very quick at making our order and reasonable price.
Have been to this restaurant a couple times more recently and can say truely say it's a great place to eat. Roz was great at ensuring our meal was brought to us quick enough for the movie, thanks!
