Meal was amazing!! Had all three courses which I enjoyed so much, such a great selection of food and was delicious food on offer, I came with a big group who were all satisfied by the meal we all had a fab time which just added to it. The staff were brilliant very polite and helpful couldn't fault them, they looked after us all night even though there wasn't much staff and not sure whether it was just because it was a busy Sunday night but our waiter was a bit rushed off his feet near the end of our meal. But still very professional and did his best at keeping everyone happy which is great for such a big group. Will be back for great food and fab service.
Was such a fantastic Valentine's meal with my husband chicken liver pate was that die for very we'll presented as for our main meal that was amazing fillet steak was mouth watering very well presented as well staff were very polite and very professional overall great night great food great wine thanks for such a nice night 😀

After staying at the hotel over the weekend, all I can say is my wife and I were blown away by the friendliness of the staff and how happy they were to accommodate you in anyway they can.
They were attentive and despite not getting in til 11:30 and having to order food, they were still happy to bring it to our room. They give a friendly wake up call with a lovely breakfast, and we’re incredibly accommodating for our dog, who also had an incredible time. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that we will happily stay there again!
Popped in this evening for a bite to eat for dinner and had the chicken and ham pie it was delicious. I was surprised to see how busy it was, all the tables were booked out. Was lovely to see that even with restrictions people are still supporting businesses by going out for socially distanced meals. Table service is in place, with all tables spaced out to keep everyone safe. Will definitely be back
Held our Baby Shower in Taylors today and if this is something you are thinking about I would highly recommend them. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to set up and decorate the room the way we wanted. The buffet was really good and they also set up a separate vegetarian section for us - there was plenty of food for everyone

Three of us had a really lovely meal in the bar with Tala the spaniel in tow. They even bought her a bowl of water. Steven the barman looked after us really well, despite being the only member of staff on duty due to sickness. He offered to get ice for my wine and took the time to explain things in on the menu to my mother-in-law. Very reasonably priced food and drinks. The bedrooms were clean and adequate for an overnight stay prior to our trip to Arran. It’s very near to the Ardrossan ferry, we would definitely recommend it as a budget pre-ferry option.
What a great place, staff ever so friendly, arrived as guests, left as friends. Food amazing and plentyfull. Highly recommended, will definitely be back soon.

We were going to a function so booked for bed&breakfast and also had a meal in the restaurant. Can't fault it, our meals were lovely, staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and cosy and breakfast was delicious. Also had a great night in the function suite at the party . Would definitely recommend.
Attended the Breakfast With Santa On Sunday morning we all had a great time food was good dj was good and for £9.95 each the kids got a large selection box of santa, we will be back soon many thanks
It's amazing the talent these ladies have. Helen is an absolute star - she is polite, courteous and really friendly. I highly recommend this company and these ladies. Helen, I'm not just saying this cause you made me tasty tea, I'm saying it because as a disabled person I really appreciate it.
Really nice and cosy for a private lunch or dinner. Food was lovely (Mac and cheese😋) and staff are really polite and tailored out every need
