We came for the Xmas menu. We both had the Turkey main and Choc moose with shortbread. Arrived and was seated in one of the function rooms. Food came within 10 mins. Very very nice. Good atmosphere for Xmas parties. Though I think because we were a small party of 2 is why they forgot about us and 45 mins after dessert, we finally got our coffee and mince pie. The staff were very apologetic though. We would come back again as the staff are friendly and the food very good.

Went in Friday evening to try their Christmas menu, with main and dessert costing £28 each with a coffee and a mince pie to finish off. Food was nice and thoroughly enjoyed, service for main and dessert was good, but we were forgotten about for the coffee and mince pie and had to end up reminding them. In their defence they were busy but being pre-booked management should prepare for this.

The 1 member of staff before 6pm did brilliantly in a busy bar. Great selection of drinks helped by the ability to sit outside in glorious weather by the river.

We went yesterday around lunch time. Tried to book but couldn't get through so chanced it and was luckily enough to get a table. Took a while to get a drink order but totally understand that it was busy, the staff couldn't apologise enough. The whole experience was amazing. Tried some of their cocktails. The best espresso martini I've ever had. We had starters and mains. It was beautiful! We will definitely be going again, bringing the family along too!

Lovely meals - well cooked and presented and some interesting additions to norm. Staff very pleasent even when under pressure during busy time. We sat outside which is nice setting. Some of meals a little more expensive than you might expect.

Went there on the off chance on Tuesday evening, we were seated and served straight away. The food at this restaurant is akin to a top London restaurant. I had Guinea Fowl which was outstanding, my wife had the Lemon soul she was delighted. This is now my favorite restaurant in Norfolk.

Look at our meals and you will know how wonderful dinner we have. Delicious food, lovely staff and our favourite drink are always English Cider. Splendid atmosphere outside to sit under the sun and enjoy the view of Ouse river!
