We’ve just spent a lovely weekend in Kings Lynn, staying at The Globe.
What a lovely place! Our room was beautifully clean. The bed was really comfortable and the meals in the pub were really tasty and such great value.
There’s plenty of places to park the car nearby, even though the venue doesn’t have its own carpark. So, that was fine.
The staff were all really friendly, especially Chris on reception.
Staff were pleasant and helpful, there was a lift which I found good,
The room was clean and comfortable, price didn't include breakfast, but as the twin room was only £85 adding the breakfast wasn't a problem. The only odd thing was we couldn't look out of the windows as they were patterned glass, let in plenty of light but no good to look out off.
My local Wetherspoons. Been here too many times to count but it’s always clean and pleasant. Staff are fast to clear tables so there’s always plenty of clean tables to choose from when you arrive. Food is good and reliable, you know what you’re getting. Drinks are nice too and reasonable standard Wetherspoon prices.
Great location, very friendly welcome. Rooms clean and comfortable with a full tea, coffee and biscuit range 😋. Value for money and a great breakfast choice. Paid for parking in car park next to the hotel.
Tasty breakfast at a reasonable price. From ordering to the food arriving at the table was quick couldn't fault it. And endless coffee, what's not to like.
Usual Wetherspoon pub. You know what to expect from them. Usual food menu and decent range of drinks. The food I had was nice and came within 15 minutes. The pub itself is spacious and clean . A rare acception to this pub, is that the toilets are on the ground level 😀. Also a shout out to the girl behind the bar, very pleasant and helpful.
Just visited the wetherspoons pub. Had a very nice steak and kidney pudding. Prices are very reasonable and included a drink.
Lovely outside area at the back that I had never, previously, realised was there. Toilets on the ground floor is a bonus. Staff friendly and efficient service.
This is my local 'Spoons' and I like it here. There's plenty of tables and they continue on past the bar and go into a nice outside area. I order from the app which is always easy and straightforward. Service is good, food comes out quickly and is hot. Never stayed here so can't say what the rooms are like.
Nearly absolutely first class
Room superb and ever so well and thoughtfully equipped. The separation 9f the hotel from the bars was well organised. However the breakfasts were far fro the expected standards. There were several "unavailable items on the menu. The plates and food were barely warm.
Stayed here for one night during a cycling tour of North Norfolk. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming and allowed us to store our bikes in the conference room over night. The bedroom was clean, bright and comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was served in the Wetherspoons pub part of the hotel and it's hard to find a better value full English.
