I absolutely loved my experience at Pizza Hut! The variety of delicious pizzas on the menu was impressive, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our dining experience was enjoyable. The cozy ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. British Pizza Hut restaurants stopped providing Parmesan cheese several years ago. American Pizza Huts never discontinued it--they've always provided Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. Our UK Pizza Hut recently brought it back to the delight of customers. This simple effort shows you care about your customers! Please do not discontinue providing shredded Parmesan cheese!!! Love the buffet, too!

Great spot to go to before heading to the beaches. Good parking and not much of a wait time. 5 minutes max.
The staff are very friendly. One of the staff members was kind enough to inform about the local beaches even though she was visibly busy. She was on the phones and then was filling the salad bar and always checking on the customers. She should get a raise.
The 'new' updated classics need working. Preferred the previously flavour.
Onion rings were abysmal. Too soggy and no crunch to them.
The amount of chips in the kids menu were comical. Seven Tiny french fries 🤣
The salad bar was unlimited based on our meal choice. I utilised it well. Would recommend 👍

I have always liked pizza hut haven't been for a couple years tho so took my family yesterday. The food was yummy and the staff lovely the only criticism I have is you have to order via the app now that's ok for me with a phone but some of the older generation may not have that option. The prices were also a lot higher then I remember. But other then that a nice pleasant experience. X

Family of 3 we all had the upgraded buffet which means salad, pizza and ice cream with pop unlimited. Slow to start with the waiting for the pizzas to be on display due to the hut having to cope with x3 large orders snd the buffet.. but was worth it. Choice of pizza was great and the ice cream delicious as always x

Met Laura, who helped us with booking slots, with changes. We were large group on the last weekend, our table were reserved 10min in advance. Jaw dropping salad option as always and mouth watering pizzzaaaaaaaaaaa and with yummm ice cream

Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut for a while, friendly greeting and explained to that it’s cashless and order by app - which is perfect. Really pleased that they are still being covid cautious.
Food was as nice as I remember, vegan no-chicken side needs some vegan mayo or dip as it was quite dry without, but a good flavour.

Omg the vegan cheesecake blew me away!!! I'd eat that everyday if I could. And I'm very picky with cheesecake!! The bbq jackfruit rolls were so nice. The pepperphoni I wouldn't have again to be honest but might try another one. The cheese tasted too strong on that for some reason but the cheesecake saved the day :)

Haven't been in a while, the 2 ladies were superb very friendlie, very helpful and were great with my son. My son is a bit of a sod for not eating but he ate a lot! Very happy and we will be back soon.
My son recieved a couple stickers for earing really well. Brilliant and made his day.
Didnt feel rushed at all, the waitresses checked on us throughout and even including my son in table checked which made him feel all grown up. Was fab! Thank you Char and Albert!

Haven't been in yrs n now I know why. On arrival, was asked how many people, then she started sorting the persons table who arrived after me leaving me standing there like an idiot. Once a table was ready I arrived to a dirty table I had to ask to be cleaned. The waitress asked what I wanted n I gave my order but not much was explained to me on how the Buffett works so I had to sus this out myself (wasn't sure if plates n cups were brought to us or we got them from Buffett area) there was no cutlery on my table so I had to go find it as I couldn't find an available waiter/waitress. My table was ignored throughout the meal n plates weren't cleared when kids got dessert. Spoons were dirty at the ice cream factory. The Buffett was half bare, some of it was dry n tough. Final straw was a waitress carrying a high chair repeatedly saying 'beep beep beep beep' to which I had to jump out of the way. When asked if I was ready for the bill, I said yes but the waitress went on to serve other tables n ignore my request for the bill (my pain was prolonged!) I should have left before we got seated. I'm sure this feedback will be ignored as big company's don't care n by the customer service I received in this restaurant, I doubt they will care either...shocking! Won't be coming back.

Pretty good. Bit confusing over what you have on meal deals or buffet. Straightforward ordering from the menu far easier. Buffet pizza were ok if a little luke warm at best. Things like the blue cheese dressing or mayo etc weren't marked or clearly marked but other than that pretty good value. Went from nobody in there to really busy at lunch within 20 minutes! Half term I guess as it was only a Tuesday?!

I purchased food from your store today using the 50% off deal on takeaway pizzas. I ordered a sharing BBQ AMERICANO and an individual meat feast. i will start by saying i was disgusted at how small the individual was, i measured it 8" with the lightest sprinkling of topping i have ever seen on a pizza that retails £10.95. The americano was at the correct size of 14" but again i believe the topping had been over looked. what ham there was tasted vile as the pigs used are obviously fed on fish meal, as that was all we could taste. When placing my order i was told that i would have to wait 15 minutes, 25 minutes later i am still waiting. So with a retail value of £30.60p i can only say that i will never waste my hard earned money in another of your establishments. I also paid with my debit card and was denied my card receipt as the cashier said he was now unable to retrieve it. All extremely bad practices and unacceptable. I certainly won't be recommending you.

After visiting yesterday for buffet was disappointed as my preference is thin base..as i suffer from IBS i find thin crust more gentle on my stomach..they have reduced their choices and only now offer thin base pepperoni.. I'm not a fan of pepperoni either so felt disappointed..plus when asking to take a drink away they had no cups available.. it's gone down hill in my opinion..probably won't use it so much now.

Sorry to all you Pizza Hut lovers but we went in last night and was most disappointed with what we was served up. I had a meat feast but had to ask if they forgot the meat. My boy had a cheese and tomato and that was not much better. So will not be heading back in a hurry. If the base in the meat feast was any thinner I could see the plate through the base.

Just used the Pizza Hut delivery service. Quick service; however, a question for Pizza Hut - What's the point of the Special Instructions when you order it? Every-bloody-time i have put on mine 'Back Gate is open.'
This is not a general comment letting you know how bad my security is, it's a request for your driver to use the Back Gate. Please pay attention, after all - it's the little things that let you down!

Went for Mothers day. Staff were lovely just thin on the ground for how big the restaurant is. Food was consistent as you would expect with a large chain. They run out of bowls for salad. They run out of bowls for desert to the point we had to wait for people to finish. Then they run out of spoons. As I said staff could not do enough but the wait times and not having enough cutlery or crockery to service a peak time is totally unacceptable. Typical penny pinching employment structure of large chain restaurant.

We went for my sons birthday, and somehow one pizza didn't make it to the table with the others until the rest of the group had finished, how ever there was no need to complain as our server went straight to management who promptly came to tell us this item would be taken off the bill. Haven't been for ages but it was nice. Our waitress went above and beyond, so friendly and helpful. Salad fresh and replenished often. Pizza was delicious.

Really disappointed, at first salad bar was messy, apples in carrots, nachos in lettuce onions in peppers and much more. have asked for fresh lettuce and it takes about one hour to fill it up. Our kids love the ice cream machine, it was out of order. After our mains we have asked for ice cream, when they brought to us, ice cream was nearly melted!!! Main meals was quite good, but not the rest.

Disappointed a small boy on his Birthday; Turned up before lunch rush. Waited well over an hour with a 2 and 4 year old. Our order had been forgotten as our server was checking his phone whilst taking our order. Lied to as he said there was a backlog. Pizza arrived uncooked as rushed through. Couldn't face waiting longer so left. All my little boy wanted was a pizza for his Birthday. Mcdonalds to the rescue for a quick lunch. Very disappointing.

We ventured from hunstanton to go for pizza before our evening movie at the light experience in Wisbech....we were very happy with the service but had to leave hastily so upon getting into the car and shooting off as if it was nasa's first space expedition we were stopped to be given one of the guests purse but was not notified that we had left our box of left overs in the restaurant now as a pizza expert It is essential that no pizza would be wasted....I only have haunting images in my mind of the staff gathering around the kitchen muching on my left over big cheese.....I love pizza and this is a tragic story makes sure when you go here that you take your left over pizza box with you or the staff will enjoy what you couldn't eat take my wise words please I don't ever want to see anybody with the same heart ache as me!
