What a miserable bunch of staff. Appalled by their attitude towards customers especially in a hospital some need training in social skills.

Not sure of the 1 star review from someone else. Always believed if you going to score any place low, explain yourself. I was welcomed by friendly staff. Chairs and tables kept clean and tidy. No issues at all. Would recommend whilst at the Hospital.

Don't often stop for a drink but had two appointments two hours apart and opposite ends of the hospital so a cheeky hot chocolate was in order. The pattern of the sprinkles looked like a bunny rabbit (or my first thought was my drink was flipping the finger at me 🤭)

This Costa is located in the king's Lynn hospital. Parking is available outside the doors with a maximum of 20 minutes wait for dropping off and collecting patients. Friendly staff excellent quality of coffees and food

Coffee is always good but the hot chocolate is divine!! Staff are so lovely even when they always ask everyone if they want cakes etc I'm sure they are told to. I dont mind.
