Not sure of the 1 star review from someone else. Always believed if you going to score any place low, explain yourself. I was welcomed by friendly staff. Chairs and tables kept clean and tidy. No issues at all. Would recommend whilst at the Hospital.

Don't often stop for a drink but had two appointments two hours apart and opposite ends of the hospital so a cheeky hot chocolate was in order. The pattern of the sprinkles looked like a bunny rabbit (or my first thought was my drink was flipping the finger at me 🤭)

This Costa is located in the king's Lynn hospital. Parking is available outside the doors with a maximum of 20 minutes wait for dropping off and collecting patients. There is a dedicated disabled car park area that is usually always full. Then there is the huge car park down a small incline which would be a challenge in a wheelchair. Once in the hospital access is good. This Costa offers all what you would expect from a Costa. The staff were friendly and happy to help. I always tax their brains to see how knowledgeable they are about their products and I'm happy to say they were up to speed. Coffee,chocolate and a cold drink were ordered and were served up within a reasonable time. All drinks met expectations. There is one thing that I notice in all Costas I've visited and that is there is no real dedicated way out. You have to walk through the seating area and dodge people and bags or make your way back out through the queue. I'm on crutches and it can prove difficult some days either way.

Coffee is always good but the hot chocolate is divine!! Staff are so lovely even when they always ask everyone if they want cakes etc I'm sure they are told to. I dont mind.
