The branch here is really nice. The staff is a very helpful and kind team. The Costa Branch here is very wonderful and nice, I recommend it to everyone.

This lovely Costa cafe has a great atmosphere due to its length, you seem so far from the street you just walked in from, best way to describe it is cosy, just the place for a first date.
Staff are friendly and chatty and nothing is too much trouble.
It's a Saturday morning regular visit for me.

Above and beyond! Fantastic service here on Sunday. Lloyd and Ryan created a great atmosphere with the initial serving conversation and drink prep. Unfortunately, chaos then ensued after I managed to completely knock over and spill both of the freshly made drinks! They were absolutely wonderful about it and said don't worry, cleaned it all up and made us replacements, all whilst bringing a humour to the situation, which helped me feel less embarrassed and guilty! Would absolutely recommend!

Located in town centre, in Vancouver Quarter, walking distance from all the shops,banks etc. 2 minutes away from bus station and 5 from train station. It gets busy sometimes, but service usually is quick. Staff polite and helpful. It's a clean place and toilets are available. Coffee is fantastic toasties are delicious! Can order in advance to save time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee. Medium cup is a large cup with 3 shots, however you can ask for fewer shots. Bit noisy with the frappe ice being blended nearby.

Loved it, great hot chocolate. Had a cute spin the wheel with proceeds going to charity. Of course, I had to have a go. Yaay free muffin lol boo allergies lol but they were so kind and let me pass on my win. Lovely staff, always a bright friendly bunch even when they are swamped and even to the rude ones you just wish you could punch lol

Such a lovely place it is. Little gem at the corner. Beautiful atmosphere, nice vibes. Quick service. Neat n clean. Love to sit there n enjoy my coffee but it was train time so grab my coffee n move on.

I would describe it as cozy! No complaints staff are great , the one thing that irritates me is a lot of the time the coffee is not that hot, but that goes for all the big names in coffee.
