Great lunch. We took our French friends there after visiting bawsey Park. Sheltered area for the dogs, and Kelly was outstanding. An independent pub trying it best. Needs support and can only get better. Keep up the good work. See you again soon

We only just discovered this place. We did not eat but will return. Looks a great place for events parties weddings etc. Also in a short distance from Bawsey Park with amazing lakes and walk.
A very nice lunch, delicious tuna sandwiches and a lovely slice of cake after. Very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

What a wonderful place, very warm and welcoming. They were incredibly helpful in meeting the dietary needs of one of our party, creating a completely off menu meal for them. Also, their vegan shepherds pie was one of the tastiest plates of food (vegan or not) that I have ever eaten. Cannot recommend
Came here for a quick bite on our way home from the lake, had the most lovely meal and ended up having a couple pints! Lovely garden and even more lovely staff! Both so accommodating and made us feel like family ☺️ definitely making our way back soon!

We had an excellent family meal in the function room. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The food was superb and we would have no hesitation in recommending the Sandboy really pleasent experience.
Food was good, keen prices on both food and drink. My steak was absolutely spot on. Staff are lovely and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. They have a great back room for private functions and the beer garden is large and overlooks picturesque woodland.

We only stopped here for drinks. Staff very friendly. Service at the bar was excellent. My sister asked what gin they had. The lovely lady at the bar must have come up with more than six options. Settled on a local gin
fantastic food and service, the whole experience here was lovely. Situated in a lovely location I enjoyed a meal with friends. Everything was freshly cooked to order and I would totally come back again and will be very soon .
Had an enjoyable and relaxing lunch here at the Sandboy. Quite a pleasant find on such an out of the way place. The food pictured was the chicken brioche with fries and slaw. Really tasty and massive portions. Also a couple of decent ales at the bar. Would definitely recommend.
A lovely welcoming environment. We stopped here on the of chance of a meal and they were very accommodating. Lovely fresh food and a very welcoming landlady. We will definitely consider coming again.
