Reasonable sized store in King's Lynn town centre, usual range of clothing, footwear and accessories available plus M&S foodhall and restaurant incorporated in the building. Ample pay and display parking available at nearby sites.

Was glad to find this M and S. A bit small but was able to find some decent underwear. Had a coffee and a cake too. Lovely helpful staff in the fitting rooms. Had spent a while looking for clothes, a lot of the shops were closed. But this one wasn't. Would recommend.

Shuna, who served me was very obliging & helpful, when I was buying a top, with my 'Sparks reward' card & getting my free Jute bag. Useful bag which is either hand held-or-on shoulder.

A very well run shop. Helpful staff and the cafe is brilliant. They are very good with small children there too. Food in the cafe is well above average for the area.

Would be 5 stars but, only two staff working up stairs, one at the check out, and one on customer orders, no one on the floor. Went for a coffee, and only two staff again, how can two staff serve customers and clear tables. Not good M&S

Lovely store. Food hall has good selection of food. Prices in line with Tesco and sainsbury's. Also went to their cafe lovely coffee.

Above and beyond. I can't praise the Food Hall staff highly enough.
On collecting my Christmas food order last night, there seemed to be a problem! Part of my order was missing! After 10 minutes of waiting, the last missing item couldn't be found and an alternative was offered (which to be honest, looks identical to the item ordered on line). This is where I thought, there customer service would stop and i would be sent on way... But No! ... The staff were incredibly apologetic and couldn't be anymore helpful. Due to the inconvenience of waiting, a complimentary item was offered and when I seemed not wanting to take it... a further item was insisted and no wouldn't be taken for an answer. What could have been a very negative experience, was quickly turned around and their readiness to go above and beyond was amazing. And, a true tribute to old fashion customer service.

Nice store but I bought trousers 29 leg.and I'm 32 leg 70 miles round trip. Can't trust myself to buy the right trousers. I need a woman in my life.
