A deliveroo driver was yelling and being really abusive to staff, threatening and harassing them because someone finished their shift, the staff handled it sterly and professionally.

Great high street McDonald's. Clean seating area and toilets. Good service and hot food. Pauline on lobby very friendly and helpful

This in town store was quite at the time of visit (just after 8 am). The restaurant was clean, service quick.
The only issue I have is that the male toilet was cramped, with the urinals too close to one another. The cubicle was sufficient.

I visited McDonalds king’s Lynn today and had a little accident and poured my drink on the floor. It was a very embarrassing moment for me but I was blown away by the way one of the staff, a lady sorry I didn’t get her name handled the situation, she actually cleaned up the mess and gave me a new drink. A huge thank you to all the McDonald’s staff in King’s Lynn. You all are amazing

Litrely the only McDonalds I've been to where the floor staff are super friendly, ask how your experience is and the place was immaculate! The blue haired lady..give her a raise!

New Procedures in place. A nice lady gave us a table number and asked us where we wanted to sit, and followed us. Maybe not fully necessary but not an issue. Food, good as always

It was ok, I used the touchscreen to order and customise my Burger as cant have Cheese as allergic went to collect my Burger and yet again when I have ordered from here it contained Cheese so had to go back with my Burger, thankfully the lady at the door fully understood and went and got a replacement without any fuss. However wouldn't needed to have to do so in the first place but understand that they are rushed of their feet during these difficult times.

McDonald's in King's Lynn, the town branch, were lovely! We had a spillage when one of our children (only 4 months) decided to kick over some chocolate milkshake. Not only did they mop it all up straight away but they replaced the milkshake, which I thought was a lovely gesture. Very friendly staff. Thank you again!

Yeah the food is great but they need to try and sort out the ques and the lack of seats for the customers. I only ever go to mcdonalds when the monopoly event is on as it gives me thrills. The staff were very nice, polite and well-mannered and the tables were clean to an extent but to be honest as soon as a table is free it is taken with in the next 30 seconds not giving them a chance anyway. Was heavily pleased to see one of the staff going out of there way to ask if a disabled person needed any extra help. :)
