We were travelling home when our car broke down. We had the car recovered to the nearest location which was this McDonalds. The staff were incredibly helpful as we were stressing out about the car. Michelle and Danielle were friendly and supportive whilst we figured out what we needed to do next. It was unfortunate our car had to break down, but it was amazing to have the support and kindness when you need it. Thanks again for everything.

A quick lunch break whilst using the free WiFi to listen to the China V England World Cup Match. The standard meal from McDonalds but a huge "shout out" to Ashley for his customer service, welcoming every customer, always busy keeping the dining area clean and thanking every customer for visiting the restaurant! A credit to himself and the West Lynn McDonalds!!!!! 👏

Ok. Used drive through today and it was a really long wait. However obv there was some sort of staffing/equipment problem so it was fine. Sadly I was buying for an emergency worker who was called away before I could pay/collect order. Even though staff were having a horrible time of it, when I explained they said when he got back they would do his order fresh. Which they did. Thank you

Very good macdonalds this one. Every time we have been in on our way to the Norfolk broads the food has been great very hot, which isn't the case at some places, and service pretty quick even when it is quite busy

This was a strange experience for us. This McDonald's was mostly populated by people who appeared to be of retirement age plus, there were quite a number of dogs too. I have never experienced this at McDonald's before and found it unusual 😊.
As you turn into the car park entrance, you have to immediately turn to the right to enter the main car park. This can be tricky as almost at the same point (on your left) is where the exit of the drive through is and straight in front of you is the exit from the main car park. (You have to see it to believe it). Whoever planned this car park was no Einstein. Added to this, you also have to go through the car park if you want to go through the drive through.
However, if you manage this (as well as manoeuvring around people going the wrong way around the car park) then the McDonald's is just as good as any other.
