Staff work really hard .you really need extra staff .jan is always run off her feet .i mentioned to staff that condiments are not on every table people are asking for salt vinegar.and the cutlery has to be took out of the racks to get to the serviettes so cutlery is messed with .not very clean after being picked out of metal rack .why don't you wrap cutlery in serviette .food is lovely tho.

Went for food with my family Monday afternoon as I've been told its really improved and I have to say we wasn't disappointed the food was amazing the presentation was beautiful I would highly recommend the barman was was very helpful also great service thankyou so much see you again soon

Me and my friends went last night. It's the pub behind my house so I pop in now and again. My mates are from Shirley, they loved it and legit said they'd travel to drink here again. Great value, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Fabulous night. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the staff always so helpful and welcoming. Love the rewards. Love the food and drinks. Only recently started using Sizzling pubs but am now a big fan. They are excellent value for money

Laura the bar lady was so very helpful and friendly explaining all the special deals on when I bought my parents to lunch. What a lovely lady and we will definitely come back due to this member of staff.

We came here for a family meal, we were surprised at the quality of the food, the service we received was amazing and the Fish & Chips were amazing, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Occasionally use, a couple times a week.
They had a food promotion on this week and extremely busy.
But I must highly commend Laura on her customer services skills, 110% working commitment when really busy and overwhelmed with customers at the bar.

Love this pub. Nick and his team make you feel really welcome. Food is fab and the service is excellent. Also advised us of the App for some special offers and deals. See you all again very soon.

Decor is too dated needs updating. Food lovely as usual. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
