This chip shop is probably the best I have tasted.
Be prepared to queue though as it can get very busy and it’s not a big shop.

Brilliant traditional chippy. Everything we had was delicious, freshly cooked and generous. What more could you ask for. Yum.
As mentioned in previous reviews: worth the wait in the queue. Quality is excellent, hence it’s very busy - team are very efficient but expect a wait for a large order or if something needs to be cooked fresh.
Ignore ridiculous reviews on here saying that the fish and chips are anything less than 10/10. Absolutely excellent fish and chips, have always visited whilst in the area, taken away to sit by the glorious estuary, and never had any cause …
