I had the vegan coconut gelato which I can honestly say is the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had! Was served by Hannah who was extremely polite and very knowledgable on vegan options. My other half had the Kinder Bueno gelato which he was very pleased with!
Went to the Princes ave store Friday lunchtime, very friendly & helpful staff. We were a group of 5 & only waited 10 mins for food & drinks Large variety of ice creams/gelatos, sauces and toppings. Would definately recommend the mountain waffle, but would advise to are ad it is a big portion.
Lovely establishment, friendly staff, great food choices from breakfast right through to dinner, and really reasonably priced, and they make their own gelato!

The music can be a touch too loud sometimes but apart from that it's a great place.

The food is always great (huge portions of chips) and arrives promptly. Not the comfiest seating but usually pleasantly busy with a diverse menu good for parties where people all have very different wants.
Absolutely gorgeous meal here today, was really fresh and tasty. Nice big brew as well, which is always welcome. Will definitely return, good prices, nice friendly staff too x
Nice place, fairly busy, and the staff were friendly. What we had to eat and drink was very nice. Not sure if it was waitress service or not as I just went to the counter and ordered, but I could see there was the odd loafer at other tables waiting to catch a passing waitresses attention. Unfortunately, the table we sat at (due to a nearby table not being cleared) was very wobbly. However, due to my expert knowledge outside of review writing and vast array of skills I sorted out the offending adjustable foot and we were saved from possible hot latte scalds or chocolate stains on my lovely white and blue striped polo shirt, in which I cut quite the dash! In short, it is a nice place apart from a couple of very minor details, although parking nearby may be a problem at busier times of the day or week.
First time here, well worth it. Will definetly be going again, only problem is deciding on what pudding to have or what flavour gelato too many to choose from.

Gelato cafe's are popping up all over Hull and the quality is quite high. With Caffe Gelato you have the usual varied choice of ice cream, with flavours from Vanilla to Bubblegum (my son's favourite), waffles, cookies, soft and hot drinks, HUGE slices of cake and the highlight for me, amazing cheesecake. You can also have a savoury option too, with some very good looking offering.
The place could do with a little bit of a refurbish however, as it is looking a little tired but this shouldn't put you off going.
With reasonable prices and enough choices for every sweet tooth, Caffe Gelato is well worth a visit.
took my 7 year old and she loved it, have an amazing selection of ice creams and other thing's, i would definitely recommend it.
Bit of a strange place people seemed to be coming and going to have conversations outside and inside felt very awkward whilst having a sit down desert. But this is no fault of the establishment, it comes with the area. Good ice cream very nice.

If you're ever near the Newland Avenue area looking to treat yourself to a meal, you can't go too far wrong with Caffe Gelato. I ordered some Chicken and Waffles and it was just divine! When I asked the waiter about a side of ketchup she was quick to return with such, so great food, great service too! Just be aware it is quite popular so finding a seat indoors can be tricky on occasion.
