I bought a Texas bbq pizza and cheesy chips. Unfortunately there was a issue with these items. The pizza had seemingly been turned on it’s head and all the toppings had slid to one corner and leaked out the box in a pile of mush. The cheesy chips were stone cold and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I called the restaurant and reported the problem they re made the order pretty fast and got it back to me within about 45 minutes. Although it should of been right the first time I was happy that they rectified the issue and they were professional and courteous. The guy who took the call was nice and very helpful. Excellent selection, food, service and fast delivery. We have ordered the pizza and pastas and various sundry items and every one has been excellent. We were able to contact the restaurant directly to request changes to the pasta which they happily did and these changes now come up in their 'quick order' section of their ordering app.
