Not from the area went in quiz night which was a surprise really friendly staff and customers. Beer was good with plenty of choice. Play your cards right didn't get a go but heyho. Luckily I was in with my son so came second out of three teams in the quiz lol. Winners got beer tokens. Would recommend would love to go in again sometime

The Hed'On Inn is a brilliant micro pub. A cosy no frills bar dedicated to a good selection of hand-pulled cask conditioned real ale. There is also an excellent selection of about a dozen different ciders. If you want to try a few you can have three thirds for the price of a pint, a great way to try the range on offer. Friendly staff, internet jukebox, no bar games large car park to the rear. Highly recommended.

Nice place, friendly staff but for me not enough craft/guest ales. Micropubs shouldn't be doing Heineken and Stella etc in my eyes however I get that local market forces may dictate a "standard" beer supply..
Worth a visit just don't expect massive craft selections.

Best pub for cask beer in Hedon. There is free parking just outside. They always have a range of cask beers often with Titanic Plum Porter.

Pleasant little pub, quiet and welcoming, where I had a good time. The beer is fresh there and new beer every two weeks

I like the fact it's obviously a small pub, which makes it great for a quiet drink where you aren't going to struggle to hear people talk like you do in larger, busier pubs.
There isn't much by way of beer choice but the 6.7% plumb porter I had was pretty good. I noticed there was a fair few boxes of fruity cider in the fridge that looked some what intriguing.

This is an amazing little place, slightly hidden but worth finding. I only come to East Yorkshire ocassionally now, but this little gem always gets a visit if I can. A decent choice of beers and excellent choice of ciders if that's your tipple. Don't come for a party or dance, but do go for good beer and a good chin wag with your mates.
