Let me start off by saying, this review is based on the NEW menu that was released a few weeks ago.
The food was overall 5 star, it was served to us on time, cooked to perfection and exactly as we ordered it. The portions where of a good size and well presented.

First time visiting Frankie and Benny's with a friend. We were politely welcomed to a seat and asked if we would like anything to drink before the waitress left. We asked for some time to decide what we wanted to order.
The waitress returned promptly after serving customers who were ready to order.
A trip to the cinema brought us here first,quick service and food was lovely,Meg our waitress was very polite and friendly, best service I have had here in a while

Bit pricey but the children ate for free and are given colouring pencils, an activity book and a balloon. Food arrived quickly and was hot. They also have one of my favourite beers on draught :)
The venue like many F&B is pretty much the same. It's the chefs and staff that make this a good dining. The food was delicious (albeit the House Burger wasnt anything too special to rave about) but it was still delicious. The chicken wrap was more chicken than wrap which is always welcome in my book

Came for tea tonight with my wife and friend to have a catch up, was overwhelmed with the service from the young waitress Alex, the tall gentleman with the beard was very friendly and made us feel very relaxed.

We visited on a very busy Saturday night, arriving without booking and the staff warned us there would be a 20 minute wait for a table.
In the end it was about 15 minutes before we could be seated. We were quite lucky we arrived when we did as people arriving soon after were turned away as the place
Food was appalling, service was fantastic. We bought a groupon to use was upset with the food quality. Steaks were over cooked. Ribs were burnt half chicken was bland and hardly cooked.
