Frankie & Benny's - Kingston-upon-Hull - Photo album

Let me start off by saying, this review is based on the NEW menu that was released a few weeks ago. The food was overall 5 star, it was served to us on time, cooked to perfection and exactly as we ordered it. The portions where of a good size and well presented. As a side note: - The facilities w
The food is lovely and well presented, the pasta meatball was delicious though you can taste the herbs quite strongly in the meatballs. The reastraunts was clean and had a lovely atmosphere, it was also quite quitet at 9pm when we got their. The staff kept us waiting near the door for slightly longe
First time visiting Frankie and Benny's with a friend. We were politely welcomed to a seat and asked if we would like anything to drink before the waitress left. We asked for some time to decide what we wanted to order. The waitress returned promptly after serving customers who were ready to order.
A trip to the cinema brought us here first, quick service and food was lovely,Meg our waitress was very polite and friendly, best service I have had here in a while
Lovely food. Nice place to eat. Friendly staff.
Great food, plenty of deals on the internet eg. 1 kid per adult goes for £1.
Bit pricey but the children ate for free and are given colouring pencils, an activity book and a balloon. Food arrived quickly and was hot. They also have one of my favourite beers on draught :)
The venue like many F&B is pretty much the same. It's the chefs and staff that make this a good dining. The food was delicious (albeit the House Burger wasnt anything too special to rave about) but it was still delicious. The chicken wrap was more chicken than wrap which is always welcome in my book
The server/manager was fantastic. Such a lovely guy and really friendly. Drinks came quick which is normally the slowest thing. The mains was gorgeous - bit disappointed the cheese garlic bread isn't on the Christmas menu but my partner loves the doughballs anyway. The dessert was a bit stodgy and o
Came for tea tonight with my wife and friend to have a catch up, was overwhelmed with the service from the young waitress Alex, the tall gentleman with the beard was very friendly and made us feel very relaxed. We loved our visit from start to finish. Great food great service. Topped our day trip to
First time back for a while......still great food, with fantastic staff!!
We visited on a very busy Saturday night, arriving without booking and the staff warned us there would be a 20 minute wait for a table. In the end it was about 15 minutes before we could be seated. We were quite lucky we arrived when we did as people arriving soon after were turned away as the place
Food was appalling, service was fantastic. We bought a groupon to use was upset with the food quality. Steaks were over cooked. Ribs were burnt half chicken was bland and hardly cooked. The plus side our waitress Agatha was lovely couldn’t do enough for us. We came to this restaurant after our shock
We all had a great lunch at Frankie and Benny's, I had the best gluten free burger I have ever eaten! After one bite I had to double check the bun was definitely gluten free as it was so soft! The staff were all very happy to help and very knowledgeable on gluten free options. This was a very enjoya
Had the pleasure of visiting your Kingswood restaurant yesterday. Service was smooth fast and efficient. Can not fault anything. The tall guy serving us was very chatty and friendly which we appreciated as he was working pretty much alone. He managed to look after every table without any delay or pr
I took my daughter here for lunch as a treat. The woman serving us let her pick the table and really engaged with her (including telling her the names of all the characters they now have on the kids menu) she loved it. The food was great and the service was too, and my daughter got some free sparkle
