Number 1 Place in Hull for a proper high quality flavoursome Curry.
The BEEF is absolute top quality, so tender, fresh and juicy.
I'm white British and I know the Indian/ Bengali community well, I know the Industry inside out on what's good or bad, and in my experience it is very very hard to beat this takeaway.
I've tried them all, some other takeaways are just generic basic ok food, but Curry Leaf uses very high quality ingredients they do not cut corners and this comes across in the quality and flavour and taste of the food.
It is always fresh you can always tell a good takeaway by the quality of the poppadoms, if they are stale and soft keep away if they are fresh and crisp and not greasy and just snap off that means these people even take care with the basics such as poppadoms.
As mentioned I do know this industry inside out I have been in the kitchens I know a few of the Indian families so I can 100% vouch for what is good quality.
In my honest opinion Curry Leaf is the best Indian takeaway in Hull.

I have finally found the perfect place to get a hot phal it was amazing I will only be using this place from now on

Ordered set meal D for 4,the best Indian I’ve ever had by far. Stacks of food ,I’m not going to single anything out as that would be unfair. Even the little tubs of sauce ……wow! Can’t recommend this place enough! Thankyou Team Curry Leaf

The food from this takeaway is restaurant quality , ordered from here for years never had a bad meal . Friendly staff and fast efficient service . Loyalty points given with every order , can be redeemed to get money off future orders. Highly recommend curry leaf , you won't be disappointed 😍
I been eating currys all my life this is the best curry in hull I have it 2 times in 4 days it's so lovely.. Nice people even the drivers are nice.. great portions... I do recommend this shop in hessle road in gipsyville out of 10 /11

I have been using Curry Leaf for a few years and I have to say it's the best Indian Takeaway in Hull. Not only for their food but for the full customer service experience. I always get a large family order and have only once had had a minor issue with the an order which they literally went above and beyond to rectify! My order this evening was placed through their app ( you get discounts and loyalty points do far better than just eat etc..), as usual there were options to suit all tastes and priced well. Some dishes I like to have tailored to my personal specifications which Curry Leaf are only happy to oblige, and for which i am extremely grateful. The food arrived within good time, piping hot and was absolutely delicious! The Tiger prawns were plump and succulent, the chicken was perfectly moist and each dish was bursting with flavour. The chefs are wonderful and the staff in general care so much about the customer....which is a rare thing these days.... I highly recommend Curry Leaf!! Thank you for a lovely meal!
wow this is the best Indian takeaway i have had in a long time very fresh and consistency of taste is excellent . I travel from preston village to Hessle road that"s how good it is . will definitely be back for more .
Visited Curry Leaf for Xmas Eve take out. I cannot recommend it enough. We’ve been looking for a curry shop since our local closed 4 years ago and this is the best out of what we have tried. The notable bits: sauce taste and consistency, the side dishes, great rice and bread and portion size. I can recommend the dishes we had Chicken Madras and lamb bhuna. Outstanding dishes. I shall be returning.
Very relaxed environment and open kitchen .The food is traditional Indian food very generous portion and taste excellent 😋

Me and my husband have been using Curry Leaf for years now. We've tried loads of other Indian's too and nothing has ever compared to them. The food is always spot on as so is the service. They know our order inside and out and when we've forgotten to request something they ring us and check we made the correct order as they know we would normally mention it. The food is always received hot whether we pick it up or deliver. Thanks for a fab service team Curry Leaf. You'll continue to see us on a weekly basis as usual 😝. Krystal and Craig x
