Lovely place to relax, and catch up. Would like more gluten free options as I'm gluten intolerant, and they don't do anything to eat that I can have. The hot chocolate was lovely, and cream 😋
Needed a sit down out of the hour weather. The coffee is always amazing but also had the refreshers, and they were certainly very refreshing
Lovely coffee made to the specifics I asked for. Nice view over the shops. Helpful staff. Not very clean however where we sat in the cafe.
Coffee was nice and the staff were polite with the customer service perfectly acceptable. We usually visit Costa to be honest however, this was a nice change.
Just wanted to say how lovely the person working today was. They had brown shorter hair, I didn’t catch her name ! They helped me with getting an earth day cup, and made sure I didn’t miss my train. And was just all round such a lovely smiley and helpful person. You really brightened my day. Thank y
A copy of any other Starbucks. Some seats and tables are like being back in nursery school.
Lady staff seems to be working alone and even though the place clearly needs someone to clean the tables she was extremely calm and friendly. There was 5 of us and the place was already busy. She's almost carrying the whole place on her own. Lovely made coffee for all of us. Thank you!
Just like any other Starbucks, quick on service and the sandwiches where quite nice.
Had a lovely pit stop in Hull train station. The server Joanne was very friendly towards my son which made the trip even better
